History
The Company's initial startup targets were in two high growth areas within San Diego County. The first clinic, located in Escondido, began operation in July 2004 to serve the growing north county region. The second clinic, located in San Diego, began operation in April 2005 to serve the Central and north city area of San Diego. The two new Mission Treatment clinics were the first new clinics in San Diego County in over twenty years. In March 2007, the Mission Treatment acquired a system of 5 programs owned and operated by New Life Medical Center and Life Improvement Center. The programs are established operating clinics located in Arizona, Nevada and Oklahoma. The acquisition combined with the 2 existing California clinics expanded Mission Treatment's operations to 7 clinics in a 4 state area. In June 2010, Mission Treatment acquired another program in the Las Vegas area and consolidated that clinic with the current Mission Treatment Las Vegas location.
