The Geneva Point Center, also known as GPC, is a nonprofit organization that offers housing and spiritual support services. Operational since 1919, it is spread across an area of more than 200 acres. The center serves individuals, families, faith communities and nonprofit groups. The Geneva Point Center has meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 370 people and are equipped with overhead projectors, DVD players, microphones and televisions. It offers several recreational activities, such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. The center also provides various sports activities, including softball, tennis, volleyball and soccer. It operates Emily Gibbes House and Lake View Lodge. The Geneva Point Center s Elderhostel program includes instruction in photography and arts and crafts for adults above the age of 55.
