I called at 5:36 & they said 30 minute wait. it is now 6:40 & they are still no where to be found. Never call this cab company if your in an emergency. You guys need to get your shit together

I understand that there are limited cabs, but a 10 min ride shouldn't take over 30 min. Especially when the "shared" person changes their destination mid-ride. Definitely not helpful. Will not use...
