Our founder, Ana Otis, was a professional entertainer, author and artist who became a Personal Nutritionalist, Research Chef and Nutraceutical Specialist because of her own personal battles against over weight most of her life. A bonafide foodie, but health conscious Ana decided to create her own menu and program after many years of study and experience; subsequently losing just under 200 lbs. Word spread and and Ana found herself in the position to help both friends, family and strangers increase their health through better eating and lose or maintain their weight! Fast forward 5 years and you'll be amazed to see how Chow For Now has grown from late nights in Ana's Kitchen to our fantastic retail and manufacturing space at Pio Costa Junction in Fairfield. Ana still tries to treat everyone like family.
Specialties
We make the best low cal gourmet quality clean label foods. They are preseasoned and portioned and frozen raw in vacuum packed pouches for quick preparation and very little clean up. They heat rapidly (10 minutes to a fresh, hot delicious meal) and have no added sugars, oils or starches. We do weekly meal kits; deliver across the USA; and have a retail location for local pickup. Our recipes are made by our own Nutritionist and Nutraceutical Specialist. You will love the vast array of entrees and sides available to you and the personal attention you will receive from our staff!
