CR Fitness offers personal training and a boot camp, where members receive customized weight training and exercise sessions. Special attention is made to each individual so that they can maximize their toning, receive corrective exercise and avoid injury. Memberships are offered in 3 month, 6 month and 12 month sessions, while one-on-one training is also available. Owner Charlie Remiggio runs many of the classes, and also has trainers on staff.
