Very busy bagel place, but not a great system. Kind of disorganized. Bagel was just okay. Chicken salad was good.

Perfectly chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside. A bagel worth the hype, drive, and then some. Bonus points for a flat sesame that doesn't leave you wanting more.
