History
The Marlton Acupuncture Center was established to allow Dr. Mary Ann Sciamanna to concentrate mainly on acupuncture. Prior to this, she was practicing it in conjunction with a family practice from 2001.
Specialties
Dr. Sciamanna created the center to emphasize an integrative approach to patient care that utilizes different modalities. Treatments may involve needles to the body, ear, or scalp along with cupping, nutritional support, osteopathic treatment or trigger point injections. Many patients come for pain relief, but others are seen for various medical concerns. For example, allergies, infertility, insomnia, hot flashes, constipation, tinnitus along with many other concerns. As a licensed physician for 23 years, she can evaluate prior testing and make recommendations.
