Based in Princeton, N.J., the New Jersey Hospital Association is a network of acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and other health care facilities. The health care centers treat more than 16 million patients annually and respond to over 2.6 million cases in their emergency rooms. It provides a large number of surgeries for the sick and wounded. The hospitals offer a variety of charity care services each year. The hospitals and the care centers provide its services to various conditions of health that include heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia and preventing surgical infections. In addition, the New Jersey Hospital Association oversees the quality of performance of the clinical areas, improves its ongoing staff education and training and shares the modern technology and technical practices throughout the state.
