The New Jersey Primary Care Association, also known as NJPCA, is a nonprofit corporation that represents various organizational providers and affiliates of community-based ambulatory health care services. The organization offers a communication forum for administrative, managerial and clinical issues. It also promotes the provision of quality health care services for low-income individuals. The organization offers education and training opportunities for the development of staff and board members of community health centers. It serves as a liaison between consumers and provider groups. In addition, the organization gathers, compiles and disseminates pertinent information. The New Jersey Primary Care Association works in collaboration with the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Society, Health Institute of New Jersey, New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals and New Jersey Hospital Association.
