HistoryLauren received her BA from Yale University and worked in the financial services industry for several years before switching gears to attend yoga school. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University shortly thereafter, and has since dedicated her work to helping others live more peaceful, embodied lives. Lauren has worked in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings. Most recently, she was the IOP & Outpatient Program Coordinator at BALANCE eating disorder treatment center, where she led DBT, mindfulness, and embodied therapy groups for clients at the day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care.SpecialtiesI am a psychotherapist and therapeutic yoga instructor who is passionate about helping people live peacefully in their bodies.
