History
Dr. Sally Halim graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2003 and worked for several successful optometrists before deciding to open her own practice in 2011. Once she settled on the ideal location, she and her husband Stephen worked diligently with a team of designers, architects, frame and lens vendors, and contractors to turn Village Eyecare into the optometry practice and optical center it is today.
