Founded in 1979, the Association for Community Living is a membership organization of nonprofit agencies that provides housing and rehabilitative services for more than 10,000 people diagnosed with serious and persistent psychiatric disabilities. It offers vocational training and supported housing services, as well as social programs. The association has more than 120 member organizations. The Association for Community Living organizes various events, including annual conferences and membership meetings. Its member agencies include the Mental Health Assoc of Rockland City, Baltic Street, Aid To Developmentally Disabled, Builders For The Family & Youth and Concern For Independent Living. The Association for Community Living is located in Clifton Park, N.Y.
