History

As the first FinTech (Financial Technology) coding bootcamp, Byte Academy was born after its parent company, Byte Consulting, a finance, research and technology firm, noticed a lack of Python Fullstack programmers in New York City. Since Byte Academy started its curriculum, Python has been gaining popularity around the world and is now the number one programming language taught at American colleges.

Specialties

We are the only FinTech (Financial Technology) coding bootcamp in NYC. We teach Python, which no other local bootcamp offers. Byte provides financial aid and also automatic $2,000 scholarships for women.
