Established in 1985, Eli s Bread is one of the many companies under the Eli Zabar parent company that also include Eli s Manhattan, Eli s Vinegar Factory, E.A.T., Taste and W.I.N.E. The bread company produces more than 40,000 pounds of dough daily in its more than 15,000 square foot facility. Bakers bake bread from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. every day of the week. The company sells its products to a variety of wholesale account that include more than 1,000 hotels, restaurants, specialty food stores, caterers, corporate commissaries, and all of Eli's stores and restaurants.
