Everything! More choices for restaurants. Lower fees for the ATM. Last time there both the water fountains weren't working . Valet parking takes forever. Slot machines not working properly.

Western Regional Off Track Betting Corporation

Western Regional Off-Track Betting operates a telephone betting center and 38 off-track betting locations in Western New York. The company is a public benefit corporation with a non-profit charter located in an area comprised of 15 western counties of New York State and the two New York cities of Buffalo and Rochester. In addition, it owns and operates a live standardbred racetrack at Batavia Downs. This facility is the oldest lighted harness track in the United States. OTB is located in Batavia, N.Y., and has numerous branch outlets where wagers can be placed and races viewed. In addition, OTB operates 'Super Branches' where food and alcoholic beverages are served. The company also operates a Teletheater in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
