Howard J. Greenberg, MD is Assistant Professor of Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. His clinical interests include the treatment of lung, breast, colon, and other gastrointestinal cancers. He cares for patients with lymphoma, myeloproliferative disorders, myelodysplastic syndromes, chronic leukemias, and benign blood disorders including hemochromatosis. Working closely with his colleagues in surgical oncology and radiation oncology, Dr. Greenberg takes a collaborative, integrative and personalized approach to the treatment and care of his patients. He is the director of the Mount Sinai Queens Infusion Center, a state-of-the-art treatment center for cancer and blood disorders and an extension of the Tisch Cancer Institute at The Mount Sinai Hospital. He finds his work very rewarding knowing that he can help make a patient’s life better regardless of circumstances.
