Long Island Board of REALTORS is a nonprofit trade association that serves real estate professionals throughout New York, including Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties. It has more than 25,000 members that purchases and sells commercial and residential establishments, such as townhomes, open houses, multifamily units and condominiums Its subsidiary, Multiple Listing Service of Long Island, offers a computerized network of more than 2,500 cooperating real estate offices that share property listing and sales information, and offer mortgage options and related services to buyers and sellers. Long Island Board of REALTORS is headquartered in West Babylon, N.Y., and has a Web site that provides design tips, house locations and listings, price quotes, and information about office locations.
