I think this person who tried to plumb was a bit misguided!

Roof's are walked if accessible and when they aren't, we use a 30' "eyestick" to map your potential roof.

I rarely condemn a deck. We inspect all decks to DCA-6 standards..... This deck failed miserably and should be torn down

Electrical issues are hazardous! We find them all!
