Dr. Fouany has served as the former Medical Director OB GYN of the UPMC Cole health system, where he cared for 4,000 patients annually and received multiple awards for excellence in patient care. He has a specific clinical focus on high-risk pregnancies, preeclampsia, infertility, assisted reproductive medicine and technology, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, and uterine fibroids.
