Pat LaFrieda Wholesale Meat Company has a portion program in which we custom cut to customer specifications for no additional charge.Our butchers begin the night before each business day so that your order is processed and ready to ship by 5: 30 AM the next morning. This is possible due to our location - being in the city gives us a practical edge. All product is hand selected to our customers' filed specification sheet. Our deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Being direct distributors of our products makes us priced competitively. We carry over 500 items so we are sure we will have the specific items you are looking for. Being located in the heart of New York City helps ensure great service. Since the restaurant business has a complicated reservation aspect, we offer late deliveries as well. If we are contacted before 3: 00 PM, you will have the product the same day.
