History

Sensei Curt Sawyer purchased his first school from Master Joseph Jennings in 1983. In 1994, Sensei Sawyer combined his schools and built one of the largest dojos in Rochester at it's current home on Spencerport Rd.

Specialties

We teach four traditional martial arts; Isshin Ryu Karate, Wing Chun Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Japanese Kendo. We have classes in Cardio Kickboxing and MMA Fitness as well.
