This is the local branch of the national nonprofit United Cerebral Palsy Associations. Founded in 1949, the association provides services for individials with cerebral palsy and a multitude of other physical and developmental disease. The Suffolk branch offers aid in diagnosis, evalatuion, treatment, therapy, assistive technology, referrals, intervention, age-appropriate programming, vocational rehabilitation and more. It curently operates 30 homes for people with developmental disabilities.
