Carolina Heritage is the first USDA-Certified Organic Vineyard and Winery in North Carolina. First certified in 2008, Carolina Heritage has 9 acres of organic grapevines, 1.5 acres of organic blueberries and various other organic fruits including apple, peach, and pear trees. Wine is produced organically in the estate winery. Wines available in tastings or by glass/bottle include sweet and dry muscadine and French-American hybrid wines.
