When I was 10 years old my Uncle Robert Moye took me to work with him at Corkys BBQ were he is the head Pitmaster. I was hooked. I have been smoking Ribs and turkey every since.
Specialties
I cook Memphis style BBQ using a rub that I have been perfecting for over 20 years. I apply this rub ot my Ribs which are slow cooked over a wood smoked fire. My turkey is marinated over night and will be the juiciest turkey you have ever tasted in your life. Some come by my mobile site and get or plate or set up with me to have me provide the food for your cookout. Remember slow and low is the only way to go!
