Clean. Need to figure out where associates are situated since it is a large store. Associates are helpful. Lots of bargains. Need to take your time and shop.

My 3rd favorite mall like the new Towne mall in New Philadelphia Ohio and the richland mall in Mansfield Ohio, this mall is very nice, employees are very friendly, the security is very friendly too
