Next you'll preform what we learn on the heavy bag, mitts, body protectors, noodles and other boxing equipment. We work in 3 minute rounds just like a real fight. In between rounds or after the boxing routine you move to general calisthenics, weight lifting, cardio training or whatever you are trying to focus on. Everything we do is designed to achieve your goals, big or small.
