I started when i was 13 working in a restaurant washing dishs and worked my way up to working in the kitchen and learning everything i could along the way . I knew oneday my dream was to open my own restaurant and at 23 i took a chance and opened Bruno Scipioni's Italian Ristorant & Pizziera . And i have learned along the way can not beleave 24 years have gone by . and i love this business like it was day one 24 years ago .I feel everyone is family when they walk in the door so wonderful .
