Butler County Community College, also known as BC3, is an educational institution that offers a range of academic and enrichment programs. The college has served more than 100,000 students in over 40 years. Its main campus spreads across an area of nearly 320 acres and provides financial aid and career counseling services. The college offers approximately 63 associate degree, career and transfer programs. Butler County Community College also has locations in Butler, Lawrence and Mercer counties in Pennsylvania. The college employs a staff of up to 200 full- and part-time people. It operates the Pioneer Club and offers opportunities for sports activities that include baseball and basketball. Butler County Community College provides courses in graphic design, nursing therapy, business management and fine arts.
