Established in 1987, Drueding Center/Project Rainbow is a center that offers a range of transitional housing and support services for homeless women and their children. It provides several programs in the areas of education, unemployment, substance abuse, domestic violence and child care. The center administers a mentoring program that includes guidance and encouragement for women in transition. Drueding Center/Project Rainbow also offers employment training, education, and drug and alcohol recovery services. It maintains an adult resource center that provides computer learning tools, books and online resources to assist individuals in resume preparation and job search. Additionally, Drueding Center/Project Rainbow offers clinical counseling and advocacy services. It is a part of the Holy Redeemer Health System, which is a health care provider that was founded in 1849. Drueding Center/Project Rainbow is located in Philadelphia.
