Prior June, 2010, Flat Rate Labor, Inc. was formerly named Philly Clean and Move. We changed the name to add the new services we wanted to specialize in. Being a small family business, we've trained our the children (now young adults) the necessary skills of customer satisfaction, reward through hard work, fair pricing, and only doing jobs they KNOW how to do, with the hopes of them being the next generation of Flat Rate Labor.
