Italy has many influences and is not like any other Italian cuisine that you may have had before. By being a sustainable country in itself, a lot of the practices are reflected into our business. Whole utilizations of all food product, respect for the environment by which it is grown in, and the influences of conscious farm-to-table practices are very important to us. We source locally so we know exactly where our products come from and how they are grown. While supporting our local economy, we strive to make a positive impact in the Culinary Arts and the Food Trucking industry in hopes to boost said industries in a direction of healthy eating and more diverse food options. Respect for food goes beyond sourcing locally, it is to serve it as beautifully as possible, one ingredient at a time. Your food should be enjoy, not just eaten.
