just breathe studio was created to provide a dedicated healing environment for those wishing to grow in their mindfulness-based practice. We offer a variety of classes with well trained and dedicated* instructors in a comfortable atmosphere of acceptance and compassion. *All of our instructors maintain a minimum of 200 hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through Yoga Alliance and carry personal liability insurance.

Yoga, meditation, mindful movement practices. We offer a variety of classes as well as workshops and special events relating to mindfulness practices. Our classes respect each individuals personal needs and allows the student to practice as a level and pace that is appropriate and safe for them.
