Mice were caught daily as the rodent infestation has gone unmitigated for years at 4436 Chestnut Street

Pulled out my apartment fridge in 4436 Chestnut Apartment 2R to find a 4 inch hole in wall unpatched where mice and rodents were coming in.

Debris collected from under the refrigerator in my apartment unit at 4436 Chestnut Street Apartment 2R.

History

The goal of Maze Group is to build and lease the most desirable houses in the community. Most of our rental properties are located within blocks of Temple University,making them ideal for Temple University students. Maze Group is dedicated to customer service. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9-5 PM and we offer extended hours during heavy tenant move-in periods. During business hours we have staff prepared to show prospective tenants our available apartments as well as answer any leasing questions. We believe in preserving our properties and the quality of living of our tenants. Repairs and maintenance are always a priority and are addressed in a timely manner. Repair requests can be submitted online or over the phone.
