Foxdale Village

Foxdale Village, located in State College, Pa. is a nonprofit, continuing care retirement community. It provides various community services and programs for the social, spiritual, nutritional, residential, wellness and health care needs of older people. Foxdale Village, established in 1990, is approved by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. The community provides its residents with independent living options through spacious and furnished apartments, lounge areas and laundry services. The community also provides various health care services, such as outpatient and home care services and more than 24 private, personal and skilled nursing care rooms. Additionally, the community provides residents assistance with daily activities, including medication, hygiene and grooming. Foxdale Village also provides various rehabilitation services, such as physical, occupational, speech and language therapies and other therapeutic interventions.
