Established six years ago, Per-fit Personal Fitness was created to offer "the broadest range of services for the broadest range of people, ages and fitness level." There are four trainers, one Pilates trainer and three personal trainers, plus a good-sized selection of cardio, strength training and Pilates equipment housed in two rooms with an adjoining locker room. A one-hour training sessions is $60 per individual and $50 per person for a shared session. The trainers attempt to create a fitness lifestyle that is easy to commit to, "so that it doesn't take up your whole life ... you can enjoy it and keep doing it the rest of your life." They also will assist you with a nutritional plan. The facility has begun carrying a line of food products, Angle Foods, from Olympic gold medal wrestler Kurt Angle, which are protein- and fiber-enhanced.
