The Philadelphia Federal Credit Union was established in 1952 with an original membership of 223 and initial deposits of $52,000. Since 1952, the Credit Union changed its name to the Ukrainian Selfreliance Federal Credit Union (UKRFCU) and has grown to over $325 million in assets and over 10,800 members. UKRFCU's main office and branches are located in Philadelphia with additional branches in Jenkintown, and Trenton, NJ.
