Ultimate Pilates, also known as Aull Pilates and Movement Studio, is a fully equipped Pilates studio that offers private, semi-private and group sessions in Pilates technique on the mat and apparatus. The studio also offers specialty classes in TRX body suspension training, Zumba, the Divine Body workout and more. Instructors are trained and certified through Stott Pilates, the certification with the highest industry standards. It has a sister studio in Middletown as well. Classes are held each weekday and Saturdays in the morning and weekday sessions are held in the evenings as well to suit the schedules of their clients.
