The idea of RGT Fluid Change was born out of a frustrating trip to a service center. First off I had to take a day out of work. Waiting in a cramped office the size of a coffin didn't help, neither did the coffee. I couldn't see what was being done to my car and it was close to impossible to get a workers attention. waiting,waiting,waiting !! Then suddenly a mechanic appeared handed me a slip of paper and walked away explaining briefly that he has another job to do. I stood there astonished. finally I read my receipt. It was...uumm... lets just say it was for lack of a better word, inflated. Then and there I said there has got to be a better way.
