Founded in 1994 and located in Seneca, S.C., Clemson Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation specializes in providing physical and occupational therapies, and medical services for sports-related injuries. The center offers its patients a wide variety of programs and facilities, including outpatient rehabilitation clinics, hospitals, school systems, home health, skilled nursing facilities, and community healthcare programs. Its physical therapy services include orthopedics, sports medicine, neurological rehabilitation, back and neck stabilization program, postural education, gait and balance training, proprioceptive retraining, plyometric exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
