Traditional personal training happens one-on-one. Our founders, Will & Scott, have been working in this setting since 2008, and they decided that there's a better approach. Enter the Compass Fitness semi-private training method. In this style of training, accountability is key, progress is the expectation and a strong community is the result. Semi-private training means that you get all the benefits of a customized fitness plan and time spent with an expert trainer, but you share the training floor with up to four others. You can grab your best friend, co-worker or spouse and come to Charleston's premier personal training facility together without sacrificing your goals.
