Colonel's Cafe is a restaurant in the Bearden area of Knoxville. Nina Semaan has been the owner for the past three years. The Cafe specializes in American and Mediterranean food. Daily specials are amazing! Colonels serves breakfast and lunch all day and is open for dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday till 8:00 pm.
