I have been a chef my whole life but for the first time I am taking a leap with my own restaurant. Before we found Gavinos I knew that I wanted to work with Italian food and I have had the privilege of getting some great New York Pizza recipes and true Italian ingredients. Since taking over I have been able to add a few of my own items while keeping the NY Italian feel.
