Standard Proof Whiskey Co is a licensed distillery, focusing on infused and straight ryes. We host cocktail classes, tastings and create cocktails at our bar using our ryes. Our moto is “born behind the bar” because the concept of our infused ryes was literally created at a bar here in Nashville. We offer a unique, local experience, different from the downtown bars.

Amazing experience in our cocktail class with Kat!! We had SUCH a good time learning about the different whiskeys and trying new cocktail recipes. 10/10 must do while in Nashville!!!
