The Hermitage, home of the President Andrew Jackson is one of the largest and the most visited presidential residences. It is located in Nashville, Tenn. It has a facility of 1,120-acre, and serves community as a historic site, museum and a farm. Ladies Hermitage Association is a nonprofit organization founded in 1889 that administers it, and offers various educational programs for students and teachers, such as adult and youth summer education programs. It also organizes various exhibitions on Hermitage community. It also offers online exhibition, featuring the Hermitage mansion, furniture and wallpaper, the Hermitage garden, Jackson portraits and political ephemera, and archaeological artifacts. The museum has a shop that offers furniture, books, jewelry, gifts and decorative accessories. The Ladies' Hermitage Association offers students, teachers, individual and dual family memberships. It also provides rental services to its members.
