History
Victory O&P had its start several years ago, when the father of the owners, the late Rev. Wayne G. Smith, had his limb amputated due to diabetic complications. Zach, Dave, and their family quickly saw the benefits of prosthetics. The prosthesis became an area of interest to both Zach and Dave. They decided to attend O&P technical school together. They graduated at the top of their class and became talented and successful technicians. They worked as technicians for a couple of years before furthering their education and moving into practitioner-level positions. Zach and Dave both worked for several orthotic and prosthetic companies before starting Victory O&P in Johnson City in 2001. Since its inception, Victory O&P has become the premier orthotic and prosthetic provider for Northeast Tennessee and the surrounding area. I Corinthians 15:57
