Baldo's opened the doors to its first ice cream and coffee shop across the street from SMU in 2019. Since then, the concept has evolved but one thing has not changed. The ice cream making process. Baldo's prides itself on creating its own ice cream base, flavorings and mix-in's. All which takes over three days from start to finish. Baldo's uses fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Baldo's is excited to announce their expansion into the East Dallas neighborhoods.
