History
The first Bishop Arts Dog Grooming shop was actually on Bishop St. We quickly outgrew our space & have been at our current address since 2013, at the corner of West Davis & N. Edgefield Rd. This is our 3rd grooming shop by Greg Reyna in Oak Cliff neighborhood. He apprenticed over a 5 year period with top winning, AKC professional Handlers & has the grooming expertise for purebred trims, including hand-stripping, & of course, popular pet trims! He's one of the best in Texas & still receives awards at professional dog shows. We love all breeds & mixes! Our day begins with all scheduled dogs to be bathed and groomed- (other than walk-in nail trims) being dropped off in the morning between the hours of 7:30AM-9AM on Tuesday-Friday, & between the hour of 9AM-10AM on Saturday. We apologize for being unable to process questions, offer price quotes, & make appointments through this site. Instead, we request to please call us directly. :-) We look forward to hearing from you!
Specialties
Bishop Arts Dog Grooming specializes in the standard, correct trim for each and every dog breed. From the 32 years of experience with competing in professional shows, along with having completed preliminary multiple apprenticeships for both grooming and handling, and being an AKC recognized breeder of Giant Schnauzers, Greg Reyna has both the honor and experience of having worked with all recognized breeds, and has therefore had the opportunity to have learned what makes each one unique. This sets him apart from other groomers in that he has actually seen and interacted with all breeds personally. We specialize in satisfying and delighting our clients through offering: Walk-In Nail Trims and Filing, Show Trims, and
