Let me tell you a little about us. The Camp is a fully functioning gym with different programs. 1.) The FREE 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge is for anyone at any fitness level who has 20 or more lbs. to lose. 2.) The FREE Hard Body Challenge is for active clients with a healthy BMI looking to get really lean and toned while losing body fat. 3.) Month to Month Membership is for those looking for a daily, challenging and fun workout while toning or maintaining. Our members can also compete against each other for a $100 cash prize every month. 4.) Elite Training is a specialized Personal Training Program for my members that are looking to put on dry lean muscle mass. 5.) 21 Day Detox Program is a good way to clean the blood, liver and kidneys of toxins by combining HIIT Workouts (5 days a week), a very specific nutrition, and a specially formulated high fiber and vitamin rich supplement. Each program comes with its own set of requirements as well as separate perks, support systems and guidance.
