Drainage issues. Meritage warranty has tried their best to ignore. Many others in the neighborhood have major issues. Don't work with the builder Chris Bishop. He's a big talker and a small doer.

If there was a lower rating, I would have chosen it! DO NOT buy a Meritage Home! We've never seen worse workmanship, not to mention, they disregard all of your concerns and just give lip...

They will disrupt the neighborhood with early starts when building anywhere nearby. As long as they aren't cited by police (failure to enforce the noise ordinance) they will arrange deliveries...
