On the Border also offers catering options for its patrons, available within a limited area with minimum $200 purchase and 48 hours notice. Full catering service includes servers, tables, linens, china, floral, decoration, rental and entertainment. In 1994, Brinker International purchased On The Border. Today there are more than 130 restaurants located in 31 states.
